At SneakerAsk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new kicks aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the sneakers back in their original branded box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
